FAREWELL PART 1

27 May 2009 :

FAREWELL the word would occur to all of you like one more farewell in any Engg college.
but this was so special and unique.
It was the day when second semester EC students gave the farewell party to a physics faculty( that's me).
Farewell because its the last semester I could meet them officially:(.
That afternoon was quite a normal day with least number of students in the campus.
I just immersed myself in finalising the 3rd internal marks.
suddenly Vinay, Dilip, and Bharath came with full smile and asked a shocking question?
Mam are you leaving the college?
thoughts curled once the whole mind????!!!!!!
{Is this recession started affecting engg. faculties or what? }
trying to be super normal in front of them, I said why? who told you?
Vinay said, mam friends are arranging farewell to you, as we are unable to attend we just came to wish you.
Then I heard the music from the corridor, slowly started shivering.
goddddddd................ what these people are going to do?
still unsure of the party , I was doubting myself , are they really going to give such big party to me?????!!!!!!!!
on the top of it, students were coming enquiring the marks they have got, and simply going out of the lab.
they were acing as if nothing is going to happen.
that was totally a strange feeling.
around one in the noon Arvind came and invited me to class.with shy all around I entered the class like a cat.
Suddenly all stood up and welcoming with big applause
The green(black!) board filled with designs and in the middle I saw.....

" WE MISS YOU MAM "

Then there was a chair in front of them, I thanked everyone and trying to heal the happiness and excitement.
I could feel the love and affection in each sparkling faces.
what next?
same question I had.
The class dipped in silence as Venkatesh came in front. It was clear indication of
" Mam we wanted to share something"
I knew this is going to be my big testimonial.
Even I was waiting for such things to happen.
There was

Venkatesh, Sowmya P , Arvind, Anamika, Kalyan, Yuvesh, Sowmya V ,Vishwateja, and Surya to share.
It was filled with huge fun and emotions..!!!?
